The all-in-one traditional or standard appeal package includes all the materials to make your fundraising efforts a success. This package includes 4 separate pieces; a 8.5″W x 11″H appeal letter, a donor reply card (3 3/4”W x 8.5”H) serving as the remittance form which allows you to collect any donation pledge information you need. The reply card and letter includes full color printing on the front and variable address printing.
Also included, is a No. 10 Regular Outer Envelope that is printed in full color on the front and also allows for variable addressing. Lastly, this package includes a #9 business reply envelope in black ink for the donors to return the donor reply card with payment. The appeal letter is folded and inserted, with the No. 9 Business Return Envelope, into the Outer No. 10 Regular Envelope and mailed to your donor list.
